Location

Only 3 1/2 hours north of the San Francisco Bay Area, R-Wild Horse Ranch is 40 Miles West of Red Bluff, California on Route 36. The nearest towns are Beegum and Platina. If you have a reservation or confirmed accommodations, the ranch is simple to find.

Driving directions to R-Wild Horse Ranch

From the south: Take Interstate 5 north to Red Bluff. Take Adobe Rd exit 650 - Turn left over freeway to Main Street - turn right - to Highway 36 W. Continue on 36 W, 36 miles to the main security gate.

From the north: Take Interstate 5 to the Bowman Road exit in Cottonwood. Continue on Bowman Road West until it ends at Highway 36. Take a right hand turn onto 36 West following directions to Platina; approximately 18 miles to the main gate at the ranch.

Please remember that R-Wild Horse Ranch is only for owners and their guests, all others will not be allowed on the property. Also, please gas up before leaving Interstate 5, since it is 75 miles round trip to the ranch.
